Antique German Thuringian Hand Painted Colonial Gentleman 5 1/8 Inch FigurineNice Continental porcelain figurine Colonial / Georgian gentleman. He is hand painted with a pink jacket with dark pink, yellow, and orange flowers over a white waistcoat with pink flowers. He has a white cravat and green striped pants. Gold gilt highlights to the base. He is unmarked except for the number 8 in red on the base. Probably made by one of the Thuringian factories during the late 19th or early 20th century.Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.Measures approximately 2 1/2 inches wide x 5 1/8 inches tall.This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.AS
