From the German porcelain manufacture of Potschappell, second half of XIX Century, perhaps early XX century.
About 8.75 inches high.
In good antique condition, it only has a casting defect on the back of the basket, and perhaps some small chips to leaves, almost imperceptible to the naked eye. Please, see the pictures.
