This is for an Antique GEORGIAN Period SEA SHELL INLAID Mahogany WOOD KNIFE SERPENTINE Box with the Original Hinge, though several are replacement screws. It is missing the center knife tray. It does have the scent of tobacco and I do not know the provenance. I obtained this from a PALM BEACH Estate Sale. It stands about 13.5” tall at the back and is about 8.75” wide at the back. It is rough inside. The photos are the best way to see the conditions of this piece. It is worth saving.
