Fabulous antique French ticking in a marvelous subtle herringbone weave. A more unusual to find shade of brown in a wider stripe variation. Feels like mostly cotton but has some linen as well.This will be overall more primitive/rustic in nature. There is some random spotting in areas pretty much throughout this yardage so please view all photos provided. This may or may not matter to you depending on your project.You could add unique creative patches etc..to cover the spots or if using as cutter fabric, you'll still have quite a bit to work with that isn't affected. These are again, random though are throughout the majority of this panel. Not certain what the spots are but they're a drab purplish tone, almost as though it was part of the original color which may have been deeper at one time? So the lovely brown tone it is now may have been achieved over time and washings as the edges show this hue variation as well as seen.Interestingly, the back side is also a neat more taupier tone that could be interesting in projects as well.It's sitll quite a fabulous ticking for creative hands.
**Measures ~ 31" wide by 1 yard long ~I can keep your lengths selected uncut up to "3" yards selected.
