Own a BEAUTIFULLYexecuted EXTREMELY RARE large French Gothic architectural alabaster clockworkmasterpiece; movement signed FC; the tall alabaster case producedby high-end clock case artist; 8-day wind two train silk thread suspensionsolid brass plate restored movement inserted into a large masterfully made alabasterclock case; hand pierced tracery & inscribed on front & sides withintricate Gothic details; previous alabaster repairs located on top areas &at rear side areas shown in photos (center roof topper is a replacement);related pair of matching alabaster urns seen in photo(s) is priced & soldseparately ( item number: 116261395199).

High qualitybeautifully made 4 ¼” diameter cast gilded brass faceplate contains blackpainted Roman numerals & a cast gilded “Rose Window” at center; clock casedesign is intended to represent the architecture of a Gothic church; face plateaccented with black steel French hour/minute clock hands; a FAST/SLOWadjustment knob is located on backside of clock movement; clock case front faceis intricately pierced in the Gothic style; a brass bell resonates beautifullywithin the alabaster clock case; clock case sits upon square alabaster feet;clock case is handsomely designed with a stepped base about 3 sides of theclock case; both movement & bell assemblies are mounted securely to case. Chiming correctly & running on time. Frenchwinding key included.

I am anantique clock collector wishing to reduce my clock collection. This clock comes from my collection & hasbeen running successfully for several years with no difficulties. It has been tested prior to thisoffering. Clock set-up to establish thecorrect “beat” is paramount to the clock’s operation, accomplished throughplacement & leveling (sometimes with rotating the movement while in theclock case). Additionally, temperature& humidity may affect it over time as well. Do not over wind the clock. Lastly,I cannot not guarantee the clock’s operation once shipped. I do take pride as a seller and buyer ofthese clocks.

Allshipments will be wrapped in bubble wrap (key & pendulum wrappedseparately) set tightly into box containing Styrofoam peanuts, tapped shut& then placed into second box (as may be necessary) filled with padding foradded protection, taped shut on all sides.
