We are happy to be able to offer for your consideration this lovely French antique plaque, featuring an image of Jesus and Saint John at the last supper. This would have been a French souvenir of first communion.
Made of solid marble, and backed with a chrome metal plate it has both a hanging loop and an easel back. It can be displayed on a wall, table, or altar. The image Jesus and John is made of pressed metal and gilt with a gold finish. The total measurement of the piece is 4” tall by 3” wide. It is an very good antique condition With only a few flea bites to the marble and some oxidization to the chrome. From our home in Flanders France to yours.
