Great deals for the right project orartist!Pleases read full listing carefully andreview photos closely as part ofconditiondescription.Condition:This textile a number of notable holes. All are on the top section either just below the gather or above. I show a number of them from the backs it is hard to see them from front. No notable staining. I have hand washed. Great piece to use as is fortimeworndistressed,primitive, rustic projects. Or lots of fabric for many cutting projects.Lovely long valance made from silk floss, a pure silk made from the course silk surrounding the cocoon. It creates a very durable, soft, and luxurious fabric.Medium weight woven texture with bold stylized floral print. On a wonderful rare green print ground. harming will trim.Gathered on two small piece of rope at top. one side is a bit stressed but I thing you could regather if you choose. Also easy to let more out if you want it wider at top.
Approximate measurements: 113\" at gather top 164\" at bottom x 18.5\" drop
I do my best to accurately describe condition and point out major flaws, but condition is seldom perfect as one would expect from a 100 year old textile. Small marks and flaws should beexpected.The timeworn look and signs of their unique history is part of what makes them so charming and special!
