The cover is a mixture of several different natural materials and is quite unique and detailed, in my opinion. Notice the tiny braided rope framing the inset horse rider and also outlining the mountain backdrop. Other awesome details reveal themselves to me every time I look at it. It is quite intact and quite usable. (Not falling apart!!). Someone spent countless hours creating this, and I wish I knew the story behind it. It weighs a bit over 15 oz.
