Beautiful Antique French Roses Floral Cotton Panel C 1910Description: Beautiful French floral textile! Stunning red and pink roses!! Wait until you see these roses in person...they are absolutely gorgeous!
This antique French textile has the loveliest weave inlightweight, soft, 100% cotton material. The pattern has the most scrumptiousred and pink roses, little pink and red rose buds and tiny pale blue forget~me~nots flowers. The design is a medium to smaller scale.Condition: Antique,1910 C, Colors remain vivid throughout, clean, with a 1\" pale tea spot, a grey spot near the edge and edge spotting soiling on the right edge. Most of this panel is in very good condition. There are a few very tiny holes in a few areas that look like quilt tie holes along with a hole in a blue flower area, a tiny threadbare in a rose about a few inches from edge shown in the photo with the penny. There are a few fold lines at one end including a corner tear shown in pics. One rose has a few white paint splotches. There is plenty of very good, if not excellent, fabric here to work with.
