Up for sale is an unsigned gold filled filigree overlay over red hard rubber antique fountain pen. The pen is unsigned. There are scratches in the rubber under the filigree near the end of the cap. It looks like the overlay was rotated and caused the scratches. This pen is as found and is unrestored. I am not a pen expert, so please view the photos and ask questions as needed.
