This is a beautiful Antique Early 20thC Japanese Moriagi Sugar Bowl & Lid. It has beautiful hand painted magenta and purple flowers on the front and on the back, on lid and under the handles. The colors are alight turquoise blue, pale green and white.
Condition is very, very good. On the inside of the sugar bowl there is a spider hairline that does not go through and originated from a manufacturing tiny bump, see photo # 12. No other chips, cracks or repairs. Some losses to the Moriage especially on the bottom and top rims. that are hard to notice.
