Antique Early 20th Century c1930s German "Kienzle" Art Deco Chiming Mantel Clock.This is an antique early 20th century c1930s German "Kienzle" Art Deco chiming mantel clock. This is in outstanding condition and is infull working order. It has a beautiful dome topped oak body with carved Art Deco decorations to each side of the case. The oak has a medium dark brown coloured finish with a darkervisible grain and a soft subtle shine. The face is circular in shape with a silver colouredmetal chapter ring, sliver coloured numerals and sliver coloured hands. The face is protected by a circular convex glass door with a chromed metal bezel. The glass is in excellent condition with no scratches,chips or cracks. To the rear is the door to themechanism chamber. The door is intact and also in excellent condition. This chimes (on a coil) on the hour (chimingthe numbers of hours) and on the half hour (once). This comes complete with its pendulum and key. The clock was cleaned and services on the 24th June 2024.
