170 Years OldAntique Duke of Wellington Memorial Bronze Plaque with heavy and beautiful oval wooden frame.by E. Jeannest
11\" x 12\" oval electrotype metallic plaque designed, modeled and published by E. Jeannest, 1853. Features Wellington\'s bust right upon a central oval medallion, surrounded by figure of Fame either side, Duke\'s shield, crest and motto, seated figure of Britannia in mourning, between a lion and a unicorn, floriated background. All set in original antique heavy wooden frame. The frame is approximately 16\" wide by 17 1/2\" tall.
Both bronze art and antique wooden frame are in excellent original condition. See photos.
