The metal plaques are in excellent condition. Wood handle on crank is solid .

I\'ve seen these De Laval pieces restored and they are beautiful.

It\'s a great piece to restore and a fun family project.

The round thin inserts are on various stages of rust. quite a few sellers /buyers have taken these de levels apart and sold piece by piece. I would prefer to keep this one intact
