Antique Church Altar 5 Light Candelabra Brass Belgian French- Ornate yet filled with symbolism with the use of the royal fleur de lis on the single arm, wax pan and the 3 talon feet. The usage of these motifs refers to the Holy Trinity, referring to the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost
- Base was apparently dropped, there's a dent to one area, so not perfectly round anymore. Also, has a small bump on the face of the well base.
- Part of the central column where it meets the arm, appears to have been repaired in antiquity. Cannot tell when this repair was made. Please refer to the photos.
- Ascending single arm with the royal fleur de lis weaving throughout creating an organic feel, accompanied by 5 capitals and embellished wax pans
- Could be late 19th century or early 20th century
- Dimensions: 16" L x 14.5" H
- Base Diameter: 5.75"
- Versatile candelabra piece, can be used as a centrepiece for a dining room table or on the focal piece on the fireplace mantel.
