Antique Chamber Pot With Lid Johnson Brothers England Stoneware Gold Gilt:

Antique Johnson Brothers England Stoneware Chamber Pot With Lid. Light Blue mat glaze starting just under the lip fades down the outside to gloss white. The lid also had light blue color around the edges. The pot and lid handles are decorated with gold gilt. The inside of the bowl is gloss white. The bottom of the pot is stamped with \"Johnson Bros England\" mark. No chips, cracks or crazing. There is a manufacture flaws inside of the lid that show light gray stain in the glaze (see last picture) . The pot with the lid is approximately 8\" tall and about 9\" in diameter.

Based on the mark in the bottom of the pot, Johnson Bros England, this beautiful pottery was from the early 20th century (1900-1030\'s)

This piece is in a very good vintage condition.
