Antique Celluloid Photograph Medallion Cruver Mfg Male Baby Hand Colored 6” Wall. Approximate date is 1914-1920. Cruver Mfg produced celluloid novelties at their premises in Chicago. Most medallions were hand colored by various female hires. In this instance, Doris Teague hand colored this medallion as signed nearer the bottom. The metal material is most likely aluminum as indicated by research. Most medallions were placed on a easel stand or hung on a wall. The medallion does show signs of wear and scratches.
