This antique coffee grinder is a beautiful addition to any collection. Made of cast iron, this hand-powered model features a burr grinding method for a perfect cup of coffee. The grinder is multi-colored and has a style that is distinctly American.

This original piece was manufactured in the United States between 1850-1899 and is a 1 1/2 model. Whether you're a collector or just love a good cup of coffee, this antique grinder is a must-have.

My grandmother gave this to my mother when I was a child. My mother gave it to me before she passed. I'm 70 years old and I have no children to leave this to, so I'm going to try to sell it to someone who will take care of it and pass it on to their children. My health prevents me from using it right now. I haven't used it in a couple of years but it works as good as when it was new. Cast Iron lasts for a very long time. I can remember my grandmother grinding up grain for her chickens when I was a little boy. It's a fairly heavy piece. I replaced the handle about 3 years ago and I have kept it in pretty good condition. It was probably made by the C.S. Bell Co. in Hillsboro, Ohio.
