Gorgeous Museum quality Dragons Blood Lacquer Zodiac Painted animals on a ceremonial Footed Basket made of rattan, Silver Leaf, Red Tinted Lacquer. Finely Created Vessel of the Palembang culture and it’s Chinese artistry. Early 19th / 20th C Palembang, South Sumatra Indonesia Qing dynasty - 13” Diameter x 6” H Excellent antique condition 8.5/10 The outside is beautifully painted in the Dragons Blood Red Tinted Palembang “Red Gold”.
