The ribbon promotes William Carlile Arnold
Arnold served in the 54th and 55th Congresses from 1895-1899 as a representative from Pennsylvania.

The silk ribbon is a salmon color, and has a printed portrait of Arnold in the center.

Measures approx. 8-3/4\" H x 2-5/8\" W

Good overall condition for its age. The ribbon shows some light staining and some wear along the edges...a few small holds above the picture. The picture shows some scratching and light discoloration.
