This stunning antique Inkwell is very finely crafted and detailed. Its unique boat-shaped body with dramatic curved handles somewhat resembles an Aladdin Lamp. This inkwell features an intricate design of burgundy, pink and green floral patterns on white above a yellow latticework background. It is totally amazing to me how the artist painted this incredibly complex design on such a small piece. The inkwell has five openings for pens (two large and three small) and is complete with the central ink pot and lid.
This is a wonderful inkwell that I have enjoyed in my personal collection for many years, but it is now time for me to downsize and that is to your benefit. This beauty will add sparkle and joy to any inkwell collection.

In very fine antique pre-owned condition with no cracks or repairs. There is very slight paint loss on the rim of the inner ink pot and there is very teeny tiny chip on the underside of the pot lid that is notnoticeable unless one turns the lid upside down.
