Antique ADAMS Winter Scenes THE SNOWSTORM Multicolor Dinner Plate

Fabulously detailed image of a man leading 2 oxen and a cart of cut logs chased by a dog. The weather is snowy and there is a beautiful log cabin set amongst the woods behind him.

This was part of the \'Winter Scenes\' done by Adams featuring printed litho engraved images and hand painted details. Features a wide 2\" Holly and mistletoe border.

PLEASE SEE MY STORE UNDER \'VINTAGE CHINA\' FOR THE INCREDIBLY RARE HUGE SIZED HEXAGONAL BOWL IN THIS PATTERN CALLED \'AMERICAN FOREST SCENE- MAPLE SUGARING\'. It has the matching holly & mistletoe border and is so rare it\'s almost never seen for sale.

Excellent PRISTINE condition to this plate- no nicks chips cracks crazing scratches fading or repair. As lovely an example of this plate as to be found.See all pics and use zoom

Highly collectible- great as a cabinet display piece, a centerpiece, or many people use plate hangers to hang these on a wall. Gorgeous image.

Nice and heavy, fully marked with all maker info on back. The Adams Company called these \'Engravings For The People\' as they were made at a time when the common person could afford art plates
