Antique 5 Piece Pewter Tea Set, J. Whitlock, Troy, N.Y., c. 1811 - 1866. This tea set includes a coffeepot, teapot, open sugar bowl, waste bowl and creamer. All five pieces are attractive examples with shaped bodies and feet. The piece that really makes this set special is the footed waste bowl. I have been selling pewter for more than 35 years and this is only the third time I have ever come across a piece in this form. All five pieces are marked, \"J. WHITLOCK - TROY, N.Y..\" This is a fiVe piece set that I believe is original since all five pieces have the same shape and feet with the same mark.Wonderful American Pewter Tea Set in very good condition offered with and a Buy It Now.DIMENSIONS: The coffeepot is 9 11/16\" H.. The teapot is 7 11/16\" H.. The open sugar bowl is 5 3/16\" H.. The waste bowl is 5\" H.. The creamer is 5\" H..CONDITION: The overall condition is very good with the sugar bowl missing it\'s lid,.
