Taft (1909-1913)served as President under the 46 star flag. This was the official flag for 4 years. Flag: 46 Star US Flag Date: 1908-1912 Size: 5 Feet by 8 Feet Materials: Appears to have a Wool field and stripes. Stars are Cotton. Header: Cotton Stitching: Machine. Condition: Fair.
