Antique 19thC. Crib Quilt Tiny Pieces Early Fabrics:
$58.00

Tiny little pieces make up this little crib quilt. The 9 little squares in each block are less than 5/8" square and the 9 blocks total 1.75". There are some very old fabrics including some browns and indigo blue. Some of the fabrics, especially the browns, have deteriorated. The quilt is seamed in the center which appears to have been done at a later date than when the quilt was made. The quilt is hand pieced and quilted and the center seam is machine done. Could have had a damage issue in the center and was cut down and stitched together. The binding around the edge has an additional line of white and is hand stitched. It measures 26" x 40" and has wear from years of use. Please examine the photos as they are an important part of the description and email with any questions or additional photos.
