A most wonderful find ~ a beautiful 19th century woven homespun cotton in a lovely brown.A mill woven cotton one would buy on a special trip into town to the dry goods store. Generally used for clothing as well as quilting & household items during this time.These desirable old browns have definitely become difficult to find through the years so thrilled to have stumbled on this one on my last buying trip.
Appears unused but I believe washed. Very nice clean condition.
Fantastic textile for authentic antique farmhouse projects, period doll dressing/rag dolls & clothing, patchwork/restoration, home pieces etc..
