Great Condition Authentic Councilman Ribbon from the 1897 Conference
Held in Columbus, OH Sept. 28, 29, 30 and Oct. 1st, 1897
Original Brass stick pin remains on the top
Measures approx. 2-3/8\" W x 7\" H

Condition:

Very Good overall condition for its age, showing some very light discoloration and minor edge wear from age. There is very light fraying to the tassels on the bottom edge.
