Beautiful figural cast iron base with a decorative frosted glass body. The cast iron had been painted gold, some of which has worn as shown. Marked with a date of 1872 (likely a patent date). Lamp has a very slight \"lean\" to it, which can be seen in the photos. Seems to have just been casted that way during manufacturing.Condition and dimensions shown in photos. Displays well and is guaranteed old/original.
