Antique 1840s Pont Louis-Phillipe Suspension Bridge & Toll House Photo Card P069. The only known photo of the suspension bridge and toll house that existed in the spot where the Pont Louis-Phillipe bridge now stands. The former suspension bridge (illustrated in this photo) was burned down during the French Revolution of 1848. Extremely rare piece of history.
Condition is pre-owned. Please see photos for condition. Each stereoview card is 7" long x 3.5" wide. The photos are affixed to a 1/16' cardstock stereocard. This item is not a reproduction, it is an original antique item with no modifications or repairs. Due to the age of this item, it may have some worn edges and some bowing in the card, please see photos. This is the exact item you will receive if you purchase this listing.
