Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage the first two pages have a tiny bit of burn marks on the bottom right corner so small it would be impossible to photograph accurately it has writing on the front and other defects. I would call it around a 3.0 gd/vg out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
