For your consideration is a colorful jug by Amphora Werke Riessner, named after Riessner Stellmacher and Kessel (RSt&K). The factory marked their pieces with the word Amphora and it stuck with everyone and so it was known by that name. Amphora Werke Riessner was located in Turn-Teplitz, Austria which is now in the Czech Republic. The stunning art nouveau jug that is being offered was most likely made in the very early years of the 20th century. (1905-1910) It measures approx. 10-inches tall; 6-inches wide. The condition is excellent without any chips, nicks, cracks, etc. There is some crazing on the base but this is to be expected.
