The Airbus A350 is a long rage, wide body, jet airliner developed by Airbus. The Airbus A350 was developed as a response to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The A350 is the first Airbus aircraft largely made of carbon fiber reinforced polymer. The Airbus A350-900 can accomodate between 300-350 passengers. It has a range of 8,100 miles.The first flight was made on 14 June, 2013. It was introduced on 15 January, 2015 with Qatar Airways. Vietnam Airlines has fourteen A350\'s in service.
Vietnam Airlines is the flag carrier of Vietnam. The airline was founded on 15 January, 1956. Vietnam Airlines services 64 destinations in 17 counties. It received its first A350-900 in June of 2015, the second operator of the A350 after Qatar Airways. The airline currently has 103 Airbus, ATR, and Boeing aircraft in service.
This aircraft with registration number VN-A888 had it\'s maiden flight on September 10, 2015. was delivered to Vietnam Airlines on October 20, 2015. It is still in service today.
This 1:142 scale, solid resin model of the Vietnam Airways A350-900 is a large, highly detailed reproduction of their aircraft. It has excellent Vietnam Airways graphics. It comes with an attractive wood display stand, and can be displayed with or without the landing gear. The model also has a unique feature, in that it has a small switch near the rear of the aircraft, that when switched on, illuminates the interior lights. It has an internal battery that can be charged with an Android charging cable (not included). It requires only minimal assembly. All sales are final. Shipping to the USA only.The model is an impressive 18.50\" long with a 17.7\" wingspan.
NOTE: This is a beautiful detailed model, but I do not know who the manufacturer is. There is nothing on the aircraft box or the aircraft itself, to indicate who the manufacturer is.
