CONDITION NOTES: Overall a GOOD readable Issue, Ironically, pages are actually VG, off-white, complete, with slight tanning edges. The 1st & last page are lower grade due to age spots visible from covers. Both covers have issues, the FC has wear, edge tear and creases along with a spot in image area. BC has similar issues plus an edge tear. Binding is strong, with very minor oxidation but spine wear and tear with pieces missing. This is a highly \'readable\' comic in addition to being a KEY Issue-all at a GREAT PRICE!

While I am not a Professional grader, I do have extensive experience as an Estate/Collector Appraiser. I have appraised, sold, traded, purchased thousands of comics, magazines and movie memorabilia over my career. My grading tends to be conservative but also relative, an item that is 50 years old will be graded with consideration that it is 50 years old, thus a bit more \'forgiving\' that an item only 5 years old. Value is going to be very subjective to Artistic, Quality, Rarity & Subject elements. So an item 50 years old in excellent condition may still be worthless if non-artistic, not rare or not popular. Conversely, a 50 year old item having some expected defects such as age spots, page creases, normal wear & tear may still be extremely valuable due to their subject, artistic quality and rarity. As a collector, I want items that connect with me from childhood or other memories. As such, I have very few \'encapsulated\' items, they don\'t allow me to touch, feel, smell or view the entire item. I DO use them occasionally to fund my collection of \'raw\' items but not for the pure enjoyment of collection.So, as I am getting older, I will be releasing some of my collection of Golden Age/Silver Age/Bronze Age comics and movie memorabilia through the channel in various formats (sale, Buy it Now, Reserve Selling, Bulk, Bundles, etc). I\'ll be experimenting with various pricing models to see what works best. Hopefully potential buyers see the value in having these valuable items \'in the raw\' to re-live some great memories.ALL items I list will be Vintage, ALL will be described with the buyer in mind and ALL will be shipped carefully at cost.
