This great picture collage salutes the Lincoln - Douglas debates that propelled Lincoln into the national spotlight.The collage features apicture of the debates (noticed Lincoln without a beard at this point of his career) as well as a picture of Lincoln from before he became President. Highlighting the collage is the First Day Cover of the Stamp issued to honor the 100th Anniversary of the Lincoln Douglas Debates.On the day a stamp is issued, it is only available in the city where it is issued and the Post Office certifies this by canceling the stamp “First Day of Issue.”This stamp was issued in Freeport, Ill. Overall, a great collectible for anyCivil War Buff.

The size of this matted picture is 11\" x 14\" and will fit any 11\" x 14\" inch frame. (a standard size).

I make all these collages by hand. As a history buff as well as a lover of old movies and all types of sports, the key to each picture is the research behind it. Deciding what movies should go with a particular star or what game or series would best reflect a certain sports hero is crucial to a successful collage. I then design each picture individually and lay out the design on the mat. Finally, I cut each mat based on that design and assemble the collage.
