Overall in solid condition with no structural issues to report however the front flip down door is in poor condition as it has cracked on either side where it secures to the cabinet with a single screw on each side. This could easily be removed and utilized as a wall shelf without the flip down secretary portion. Minor cosmetic wear to the finish consistent with age. Minor scuffs and staining etc. Minor wear to the finish on the original bevel glass mirror.
