ANTIQUE SOLID PLASTER 15" JESUS CHRIST PASSIONCLASSIC CROWNED ECCE HOMO "BEHOLD the MAN" BUST - Amazing!- CONDITION : Very good antique condition - some age related nicks & scuffs throughout - chip at the at the back of the base which is not seen from the front view - handsome face, hair & crown.
- SUBJECT : Beautiful depiction of one of the most important events in history, Christ wearing the Crown of Thorns as He is presented by Pontius Pilate to His accusers, "Behold the Man" : John 19:5.
- STYLE : Incredible piece of iconic Christian art featuring Christ in flowing robes with a serene expression even though blood is seen dripping from the wounds inflicted by the Crown of Thorns.
- SIZE : 15" tall x 10" wide x 5" octagon pedestal base.
