Antique French exceptional quality picture frame. Empire style with ornate gold ormolu finial with swags of roses and leaves. Cream colored velvet matte with round photo center decorated with gold metal round frame. The photo is original to the frame and will be left in the frame. The velvet matte has two gold metal roses with leaves. The back is original with an emerald green colored backing and fold out easel. The frame also has a ring on the top to hang as an option. Gold swivel holders are all intact and functional. The ribbon on the easel was repaired and it does appear a bit frail but still works when standing. The little pins appear to be intact. Some wear to the backing green color. Metal has not been polished or cleaned and will be sold as is condition.The frame measures 13 1/2 inches in height with a width of 10 1/4 inches. The round photo insert measures 6 inches in diameter.
In very good antique condition. No broken metal pieces, velvet nice and clean. Ready to display.

Please also note that my jewelry is put in a box with plenty of protection for safe travel. This box is then put into a bubble envelope or small box.
