A neat antique pinker or pinking cutter machine. Marked CLEAN CUT on the housing. Shows some minor surface oxidation, no apparent damage. Seems to work OK. It cut through a piece of paper, not 100% completely, but enough that it could be easily pulled apart. I think it needs a thicker piece of fabric or leather to work properly. Shipping and insurance if breakable (which is only our costs) is included in the shipping price within the continental US. I try to ship the same or next day after payment is received except for Saturday payments. Once the Post Office has it, I have no control over their quickness of delivery.
