Antique Papier Mache Crepe Lined Box Box is lined with a deep blue (almost black) material which I believe is crepe. There is excess material which I assume was meant to cover the contents of the box. (see photo) Gold colored decoration on top and sides. Age and maker unknown. There are no hinges on the back and box does not remain open unless held. Approx. 13\" by 6 3/4\" by 3\" Weight 1 lb 8 oz. Numerousimperfections ie: scratches, small chips in lacquer finish. (see photos)There is also what may be a glue spill on the top right to the left of the vase.. It may clean off but I don\'t want to damage the piece.
