SOUTHWEST U.S. NATIVE AMERICAN DRAWINGS!
NATIVE AMERICAN CAVE PETROGLYPHS!FEATURED ENGRAVINGS:There is a small 3 DIMENSIONAL CARVED SUN attached near the HANDLE that LOOKS LIKE it may be MADE of some kind of BONE (I am not sure.)
ETCHINGS-
SUN with YELLOW FLAMING RAYS,
a RADIATING STAR,the words TOP DOG with some GOLD COLOR in the LETTER "O",
A NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN with THREE FEATHERS is WALKING and PLAYING a FLUTE UNDER a SUN with RADIATING RAYS with CLOUDS and FLYING BIRDS and a GREEN CACTUS,
a CRAWLING GREEN LIZARD with CLAW MARKS and LEAVES,
a THUNDERBIRD TOTEM POLE with THREE FACES,
a MUSHROOM,
an EXTRATERRESTRIAL SPACEMAN,
a SPIRAL CIRCLE with STARS
and SEVERAL DIFFERENT ZIG ZAG BORDER DESIGNS that SEPARATES the ETCHINGS.
Near the bottom is an etched WOLF's HEAD with the ARTIST'S SIGNATURE-WOLF '48Some etchings were originally in color and some of the old colors re-appeared after I sanded off the stain.
Note; It did not have a RUBBER TIP. I put on a RUBBER TIP from another cane.The WALKING STICK is SIGNED NEAR THE BOTTOM -

IMPORTANT ITEM HISTORY NOTE:
This WALKING STICK /CANE was COVERED with a DARK
BROWNMAHOGANY COLORED STAIN that was FLAKING OFF when I found it.
I COULD SEE some CARVED ENGRAVINGS under the flaking stain.
I REMOVED the STAIN by SANDING which to my surprise, REVEALED some AMAZING and ELABORATE DETAILED ETCHINGS of NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN ART and PETROGLYPHS.
Even some of the ORIGINAL OLD COLORS became VISIBLE from the sanding.
CONDITION:PRE-OWNED - VINTAGE!In VERY GOODto EXCELLENT pre-owned condition!
There is some obvious wear common to pre-owned vintage items.
