We are easy to work with, but will be firm and fair. If your item arrives damaged, please immediately contact us and provide photos of the damage. Please do not fix, alter, repair the item, then expect a partial or full refund after the fact. This is against and my own policy. If an item arrives damaged, you agree to take photos of the item and the packaging. These are REQUIRED for all Postal Insurance Claims.
