This book would be in NM-, except for the unfortunate distributor stripes along the edges, especially on the top left front cover and the back cover.

"Distributor stripes: Color brushed or sprayed on the edges of comic book stacks by the distributor/wholesaler to code them for expediant exchange at the sales racks. Distributor stripes are not considered defects"

Despite the fact that Overstreet states that distributor stripes are not considered defects, the stripes on this book seem severe. That said, I have downgraded it from NM- to F+. Maybe the stripes are a dealbreaker for you, but maybe you agree it is not a grading defect and you will be getting a bargain!
