Condition

NEW – unless otherwise noted, this is a brand new product rather than used second-hand stock. This item is in new/like new – unread/unplayed condition. Comics come bagged and boarded. Cards come in protective sleeves, new, directly from shelf or pack into bag.

Payment

Your order will normally be posted within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not usually processed for shipment on weekends and holidays.

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of sale close. Unpaid sale wins will be forfeited after ten (10) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with to recover the closing fees of the sale. If you wish to combine multiple sales for shipping, please make sure the closing dates from the first sale to the last sale are within seven days before submitting payment.

Shipping

Packaging: We do our best to ensure that your purchase reaches you in premium condition at a reasonable price and select our carrier accordingly.

Items are packaged in an envelopes or a cardboard box (whichever is practical, depending on size or shape, and they may be wrapped in paper, plastic, or with or without bubble-wrap). We do care that your purchase reaches you in premium condition and you will often find that we have added a cardboard or bubble bag inner wrap, or Styrofoam peanuts into the packaging.

Postal Service: We send out our Domestic Shipping 1ST CLASS USPS - UPS parcels & mail for large or heavy items. All International parcels are sent by standard USPS international Priority Mail.

If additional shipping services or express delivery is required, please contact us for rates.

Please contact us for a Shipping Quotation if you are purchasing multiple items – multiple item such as individual comics and cards can often be shipped for no additional charge.

Gift Wrapping Service is also available for $5.00 per item (quotes for muliple items) with products wrapped in holiday, birthday or seasonal giftwrap with label with your message on this. Goods are then shipped direct to your selected delivery address without the invoice.

Faulty Goods

All goods are new or in new condition unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 5 DAYS of receipt, please contact us through communications and we will arrange the return and necessary refund with you.

Non-Faulty Goods

We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error for exchange (or refund). These items must be returned to us carriage paid in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. P & P or carriage on exchange/replacement item is chargeable.

Returns for Refund

These items must be returned to us unused with original packaging intact and in a saleable condition within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be returned postage paid. Postage and Packing will not be refunded. If refund is granted it will be returned via the form of payment originally received.
