Fritz Studio Reading and Geismer Greenville, PA For your Antique Photo or RPPC A lot of eight antique and beautiful real photo postcards of children, both boys and girls as well as babies. The photographs were taken by photographers from Reading Pennsylvania (Fritz Studio) and East Greenville, Pennsylvania (S. P. Geismer). They are all in the form of postcards some are Azo postcards, one is a Cyko postcards, one is a sailboat postcard, and one is a Solio postcard and the last one is not marked. Three of the images are marked as to the photographer. Two have been taken by Fritz Studio in Reading, PA and the third is embossed with the name P. S. Gaismer of East Greenville, PA. All show well dressed children and babies in various poses. All images are about 5 3/8" by 3 3/8". Two of the photos have three children; two boys and their little sister. Three have a girl with a large bow in her hair. Two with a baby sitting upright, and the last image has sitting on a chair with flowers next to him. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of our description. Date: Uncertain, but most likely early 1900s.Origin: Purchased in an estate sale in Southeastern Pennsylvania.Size: All eight images are about 5 3/8" by 3 3/8".Artist: Various artists detailed above.Marks: Various markings shown in the photos and detailed above. Condition: All photo are in good condition with no losses, tears or bends. They all are still crisp and the images are in great shape with all the details still evident and without fading or discoloration. They all have some soiling, a few stains, rounded corners, wear along the edges, and wear commensurate with their age. Please review the photos to appreciate the beauty and condition of these great antique photos.In Closing: This is a nice lot of photos which would display very well in your photo or old postcard collection.
