Says on back from original owner:\"Hand painted plate – bought in Salzburg Austria Sunday, 30 June 46 while visiting Mozart\'s birthplace and touring the city.\"
Condition Notes:Nearly perfect. There was a reseller\'s sticker left on the back of the plate that slightly crossed through the handwriting from the original owner. There are 4 lines of sticker residue still there because I didn\'t want to use anything to clean it off that might damage the writing. The plate itself is pretty much perfect, except some fading of the paint on the front, mostly just the crests around the side. Not a very fancy item, a bit of street art, but from the 40s outside of Germany! And very cool there\'s a story on the back to go with it. Found in Princeton NJ area.
