The Patch: This sale is for 1 WWII Vintage 65th Infantry Division shoulder patch with a white back. This patch is in good condition. It has a very nicewhite backing. This patch does not glow under the UV light and is guaranteed to be authentic.

The History: The65th embarked for Europe in January of 1945. Their first action camenear the Saar where they attacked Germanpositions in the Siegfried Line, as part of Patton\'s Third Army. The 65thadvanced into Germany andfought their way to the Danube River in April of1945. They continued to advance and linked up with the Russians on May 9thas the fighting in Europe ended.
