54th Annual Encampment Dept. of Wisc. Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War Eau Claire, Wis. June 18-21 1939 Pin with Red Ribbon. Ribbon with creases and light fraying. Back of pin with some loss of finish. Item is 4½\" x 1 7/8\".

Richmond Resale is a family owned businessdealing in coins, jewelry, watches, antiques and collectibles. We are locatedat 204 N Richmond St in downtown Appleton WI. Our store hours are Mondaythrough Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00p.m. Central time zone. We employ one to two employees based on business growthor decline. These employees will describe, to the best of there abilities, theitems being listed. Please ask any questions at least 12hrs before the close ofsale or before purchasing a Fixed Rate item. We do not answer questionsoutside of store hours or on the weekends.

If an Item that is listed states,\"Running\", it simply means that when wound or plugged in that it isrunning, not guaranteed to keep time; just that when we wound it or plugged itin that it started to run. We do not test items to see how long or how accuratethey run. All items are being sold AS IS.

Shipping

Our Normal Shipping Policies do not apply tosingle cards. We only ship inside the USA (Continental, Alaska and Hawaii). Wedo not ship outside of the USA. If you are located outside what is statedabove, you must have a Continental USA address to ship to. Shipping is usuallywithin 4 business days not including Holidays. Since some of our items arelarger, we will have a larger shipping cost. But note that if the cost that wepaid is under the cost that you paid (minus costs of shipping, packaging andlabor) that we will give you a partial refund for shipping. This will usually happenafter your item has been shipped or within a week of shipped date. We docombine shipping. Combined shipping is based on the size and weight of theitems being combined. Most times the cost for combined shipping will be between$1.00 to $2.00 for each additional item but not guaranteed. All items sellingfor $8.00 or more will have a tracking number. These items will more thanlikely be wrapped up in bubble wrap then placed into a padded envelope or abox. If your item can be shipped in a regular mailing envelope instead of apadded envelope or a box, we do offer cheaper shipping. But note that shippingdoes not come with a tracking number or insurance. Meaning, if the item is lostor damaged during shipping we will not be held responsible. We do not use shipping. All items are brought to our local USPS Station. If wanting a itemshipped through FedEx or UPS please ask so that we can get rates for you.

Returns

Since we deal in a lot ofwatches, we do not accept returns. Unfortunately, we have had Buyers returnitems with missing pieces so we will no longer take the risk of loss.

Shipping insurance isincluded on any item selling over $100.00
