This listing is for 5 pounds of whole unpolished petoskey stones. Pictured is a bucket filled of the stones I will be taking from. The size, quality, color, and detail of the stones varies, these are perfect and intended for crafts and projects. As they need cleaned and cut/polished, etc. Why are they bing sold in bulk. The majority size is palm sized, so these are pretty good-sized rocks, but not too big, so you will be sure to get more than several. These stones are raw, rough, genuine, and authentic, found on the shores of either Lake Michigan in Petoskey or Charlevoix, Michigan, or on Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City Michigan. These are straight from the source! I only rinse them with water and apply mineral oil to maximise detail on some, which can be washed off with soapy water for further projects or left on.
