This is a nice set of 4 Henry Alcock Luncheon plates made in the late 18th century. The pattern is "Francesca", a lovely teal lace filigree style pattern (check closeup photo) with hand painted gold highlights. Condition is good with no chips or damage. There is some light crazing on a couple of the plates but colors are quite clear and most of the gold trim is still present. Size is 9" across and each plate is well marked on the back.Please feel free to ask questions. Go to my store to see additional items that I have. In order to save money on shipping we usually use Parcel Post to minimize shipping costs. The post office has been taking 12-14 days to deliver some items that we have shipped. If you need quicker delivery on larger packages, their rates increase dramatically. If you prefer to pay Priority Mail, we will be glad to accommodate you and include insurance on glassware over $50.00 at no charge to you.
