This listing is for 1 raw 3d printed Roque One style Stormtrooper helmet. Perfect for display or use for cosplay.

This helmet is printed using PLA+ and print files from Galactic Armory.

This helmet is printed in 3 main pieces and comes with all greeblies need to complete. Has alignment tabs for ease of assembly.

This is 1:1 scale and should fit most adult size heads. I’m 6’2” and I wear an xl motorcycle helmet and this helmet fits me fine. It’s scaled to fit a person that is roughly 6 foot tall.

As with all 3d printed items , this helmet will have some layer lines, small imperfections, and seams that will require some sanding and filling to make smooth. There are some rough areas on underside of helmet around the aerators (see pic) from supports. Nothing that can’t be filled and sanded to perfection. Again this is a DIY kit and will require some creativity and elbow grease to complete. There are no visors included. You can easily make your own from an inexpensive welding shield.
